Most go on to outgrow this annoying habit by the age of six or seven years. For some however, the habit becomes an automatic behaviour that becomes deeply embedded in the subconscious mind, making it difficult to eventually stop.

Not only does this cause embarrassment for the child damaging their self-confidence, but it also creates dental problems for the future. Repeated reminders to stop thumb sucking rarely work and in turn become stressful for both parent and child.

Once bad feelings become associated with the habit, anxiety takes hold fuelling the child’s desire for more comfort.

This hypnotic audio recording is designed to turn those negative feelings into positive ones and encourage the subconscious mind to change this unwanted automatic behaviour. This recording is suitable from ages 4 to around 10 years and is best listened to for a minimum of 4 days per week until you get the desired change in behaviour. Thereafter the recording should be played to boost the positive effect as and when needed.
